I treasure so many of the photos we take because of their artistic value…but I also cherish the genuine moments that are captured.
As mentioned before, I know this family well and love them quite a bit. They possess a tight bond that is infectious, and it’s actually quite easy to convey that connection in images. Summer weddings in Raleigh are gonna be toasty; this Saturday in July was actually quite comfortable, but warm enough to warrant a little cool-off prior to the ceremony. The bride’s father holds bouquets for both his daughters; their laughter and smiles are the 100% genuine article, and this is – I hope – I great example of a one-of-a-kind moment that can occur on a wedding day. So much chaos, so many things happening…it’s critical that you catch these moments because they might only last a few seconds.
Friends, I hope you enjoy these weekly images from present or past which tell a unique story. As rambled about before, I love a photo that can keep your attention for several minutes; something that can provide the description of a moment without words.

Cheers,

Jack
