From My Perspective XXXV
Sometimes I feel repetitive. Sometimes I feel repetitive.

When photographing a wedding, I am a fly on the wall. We orchestrate and organize when necessary, but we are there to observe and document…to weave your story together with images. Father of the Bride arrives at the house beforehand and sees his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time. Absolutely genuine moment seen from afar; that distance creates a sense of place in this instance. This moment is happening whether or not I’m in the room. Wedding photography is – at its core – catching these moments as they happen…without intruding.

Friends, I hope you enjoy these weekly images from present or past which tell a unique story. As rambled about before, I love a photo that can keep your attention for several minutes; something that can provide the description of a moment without words.

Cheers,
Jack
